The
valves are the heart of your fully automatic sprinkler system.
When your valves go bad...your system cannot work, no matter what
other changes you make. These are located underground and open
and close as instructed by the timer.
Required
by law, we install a Febco pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) to prevent
backflow. This isolates your sprinkler water from your home water,
thus preventing contamination of your drinking and cooking water.
We
use class 200 PVC pipe and schedule 40 fittings. All our systems
are designed with 1" and 1.25" pipe to ensure excellent
volume. We use 0.75" pipe on some laterals. Half-inch pipe...what's
that?
Oh,
don't worry, the pipe that we use is standared white PVC. We wouldn't
want to get too fancy with something that's going underground
anyway!
